The countdown has begun, as all eyes slowly start to turn towards Morocco. It is there that, from 21st December to 18th January, the 24 best African teams will battle it out in the hope of lifting the trophy of the 35th edition of the Africa Cup of Nations. A competition in which many Ligue 1 players will participate, meaning they will be unavailable for their clubs for several weeks.

The Sports Talk United editorial team has therefore compiled a list of the players concerned, club by club.
